At the end of December, Japan-based Content Overseas Distribution Association (CODA) exhibited at “Comic Fiesta 2023,” a two-day event held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on behalf of the Agency for Cultural Affairs, Government of Japan (ACA).

Numerous visitors from content fans in Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries came to the ACA and CODA booths, which showed a high level of enthusiasm for Japanese content. CODA also asked attendees to complete an awareness questionnaire about copyright and piracy, and gave handouts to those who responded.
